Ian McMaster leads Aspire Creative. Ian has been working in training and education for over twenty years initially as a teacher and then to private consulting as a trainer and facilitator. His work has always encompassed the arts and he has been involved in many different aspects of theatre and music. He brings an expertise to this area successfully managing to combine the arts, business, management and training to offer a unique and infectious style of communicating. He has travelled extensively, working in places such as Iceland, Brazil and Singapore. This has also included a period of time living in France and most recently Thailand where he was assisting and advising international organisations and charities by providing quality leadership development and management programs.
